Who we are
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect certain information that identifies you and your browser while you use this site. Here’s what we collect and why:
As you browse the site, we pay attention to the pages you visit and the things you interact with so we can better understand which products you are most interested in – this helps us develop new products for you!
We do this by creating and collecting an anonymous identifier string, information about your browser (such as the User Agent), along with your anonymised IP address (which implies a general geographic location).
When you make a purchase, we collect personal information about you. The types of information we collect may include:
- Contact Details
We collect this information to be able to invoice and deliver the product to you – we may also use your information for advertising purposes. You can contact us to be removed from our marketing lists, and opt out of online advertising using the opt-out feature below.
Content from other sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website.

When you contact us..
To help minimise the amount of spam we receive, and to help protect us from fraudulent orders – a number of pages are protected by hCaptcha. hCaptcha automatically checks a number of things (e.g., IP addresses, mouse movements, gyroscope data) to work out whether the contact form is being filled out a human or a bot.

If you use the share icons displayed on the website, details you enter may be sent to AddToAny (social sharing). AddToAny also tracks anonymous identifiers relating to how you use their service for analytical and advertising purposes.

We respect you may want to stay relatively anonymous. Click to manage your preferences for how we use your data. If you opt out, your personal information will not be used with Google Analytics, Facebook or AddToAny.
How long we retain your data
Website analytics data is retained indefinitely. Aside from the reasons outlined above, this is so we can see which pages are the most interesting over time.
What rights you have over your data
You can contact us to review the information we hold about you and update information that is out of date. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
